In  conforming to this principle P.A. College has numerously acted as an indisputable pioneer of excellence and great contributor to the provision of novel higher education services. P.A. College values the  ERASMUS programme as a vital contributor towards the realisation of this aspiration.

P.A. College persistently aims to sustain and enhance excellence in every area of its teaching and research endeavours. The  College has developed a strategic plan that has as its primary objective to form teaching and research collaborations both at the European and  international levels. The foresaid alliances will allow the College to successfully embrace the future and create opportunities that facilitate  excellence and quality achievement in academic, personal and  professional development. P.A. College considers the ERASMUS programme as a fundamental constituent toward the efficacious implementation of this process. Furthermore, the ERASMUS programme generates the necessary means by which students can realise the integration of their knowledge and skills within the context of a multicultural and a multi-knowledge environment. The College’s ERASMUS student mobility programme has not only brought substantial gains to participating students but also to other students of the College who have benefited from the exposition to different perspectives and multi-beneficial interactions generated by the presence of incoming scholars. The organisation of student mobility at the College receives special attention and the College ensures the provision of equal academic treatment and services to home and incoming ERASMUS students thus enabling each incoming ERASMUS student to normally function and become  an utterly integrated member of the College.

ERASMUS activities involving faculty provide teaching, professional, and research opportunities and serve as a platform to enlarge and consolidate the College’s network of European partners. Participating faculty members as well as other faculty members of the College benefit from the contribution visiting academic staff make to the teaching and learning processes and other scholarly activities. Under its ERASMUS programme P.A. College incorporates faculty meetings and other activities that seek to unveil collaborative opportunities and ways of generating added value to the curricula and  research activities in each respective institution.

P.A. College has conceived and applied a strategic  decision to operate as a specialist University School in the fields of Business Administration and Business Computing. This fact constitutes a  basic criterion in choosing ERASMUS partners. Partnering Higher  Education Institutions (HEI) must have well established quality curricula in the fields of Business Administration and Business  Computing. P.A. College abides by all the required standards set by the  Bologna Declaration and the European Higher Education Area (EHEA). The College seeks to partner with Higher Education Institutions that comply with the Bologna and the EHEA frameworks and standards. Further to the aforementioned, the College assigns priority to partnering with HEI of  diverse cultures and HEI that are based in different geographical areas  around Europe.

On the basis of its strategic plan, P.A. College is currently in the process of examining the possibility of collaboratively developing B.A. and M.B.A. programmes with its ERASMUS partners and other universities, accredited by their official national bodies in each  country of origin. The aim is to deliver these programmes concurrently, separately or jointly in Cyprus and the European and/or other countries  internationally.  If this strategic move proceeds forward, it will  power up each institution’s strengths and expertise, and offer distinct, unique, mutual, and substantial benefits for all institutions involved. The ERASMUS programme has been conducive towards this end.

Another vital strategic direction of the College  focuses on working together with ERASMUS partners, European and other international Higher Education Institutions on developing modules that offer further value-added to student learning.  For instance, a module pertinent to the history of the Greek Cypriot economy to the present day can be used as a third or fourth semester module in some of the partnering institutions. Likewise, similar modules can be developed and delivered to P.A. College students by the partnering institutions. Modules can be delivered by using cutting edge two way internet technologies, that is, dedicated point to point videoconferencing facilities.
